Smoking, obesity
Family history
Pernicious anemia, H. pylori infection, gastritis

Nursing Assessment:
Uneasy sense of fullness after meals
As disease progress: Loss of appetite, N/V, fatigue
Diagnostic:
EGD,biopsy
CT scan                    

Nursing Management:
Total gastrectomy, subtotal gastrectomy
Small frequent feed
Assess for dumping syndrome
External beam radiation
Chemotherapy: 5FU, platinol, cisplatin, leucovorin
